How can I return an article?
- Visit our retouring center
- Enter your order number and e-mail address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the item you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with shipping instructions.
Which items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resale condition
- In the original packaging with all labels intact
Which articles are not reimbursable?
The following articles can not be returned:
- Gift certificates
- Reduced article
The article I received is damaged!
If the purchased product will be faulty, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Can the articles be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased articles for various electionable variants. As soon as the exchange request is approved, the replaced article will be sent to you.
What repayment options are there?
The following reimbursement options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund as a shop credit (if applicable)
How can I send the articles back?
Instructions for sending the returned products can be found in the e-mail you received after the return request.
How fast I get my refund?
As soon as the returned article has been received and tested, you will be notified by e-mail. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be paid within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
